Please ensure you can attend all of the dates of the course before you book a place. In general classes run for a minimum of 2 hours or 1 day as specified in the course description, Special Event Workshops run for 1 full day or 2 full days over a weekend, Courses run for 6 weeks from the start date.

Due to the above named pandemic, should a cancellation be necessary due to government enforced lockdown, shielding or should you require to self-isolate please ensure you get in touch with your tutor/Vanessa Miller via telephone, text, email ASAP so we can make arrangements to rebook. As a small independent business we would prefer to avoid refunding and would prefer to rebook or offer catch-up sessions, although refunds will be offered in these unprecedented times.
We try our very best to offer rescheduled dates that suit you / both participants. Where this isn't possible we offer a partial refund, pro rata for the remaining dates minus the materials cost (variable as course dependant) and minus a £20 admin fee.
