Service Description
Create the wedding rings you'll wear for a lifetime. Join jewellers Vanessa and Tom in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter for a unique and memorable experience making your own wedding rings together. This private workshop is designed exclusively for one couple and no previous jewellery-making experience is required. We'll guide you through every stage of the process, helping you create wedding rings that are personal to you . The workshop includes expert tuition, use of all tools and equipment, refreshments and a consultation appointment before your workshop day. Before booking, we'll discuss your ideas, preferred dates and whether you would like to make your rings in silver or gold. If you are considering gold wedding rings, we can provide an estimated materials cost based on your ring sizes and design ideas, helping you understand the likely overall budget before committing to the workshop. Following your booking, you'll be invited to the studio for a consultation where we'll take accurate ring measurements, discuss profiles, widths and finishes, and confirm your final design choices. A final quotation for any gold required will then be provided following this consultation before materials are ordered. Workshop fee: £450 per couple. Materials are charged separately. We recommend booking your workshop at least two months before your wedding day.

Cancellation Policy
WEDDING RING WORKSHOP POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS To reserve your place please confirm and reserve your chosen date by booking and paying for (reserving) the workshop*. If you want to make your rings in silver this is included in this fee, if you want to make your rings in gold you will need to pay for your materials within 7 days of receiving the invoice; due to fluctuating metal prices, if after 7 days your invoice for materials remains outstanding it will be cancelled and will need to be recalculated this will incur an admin fee of £20 (our time for recalculating material costs and reinvoicing you). We do not hold stock of gold therefore if your invoice for materials remains unpaid on 3 attempts we reserve the right to cancel your workshop with no refund on the cost of the course. -Please speak to me if you are experiencing difficulties paying for your materials! If you cancel your wedding ring making workshop it is non-refundable and non-transferable *Before booking your workshop please ensure it is at least 2 months ahead of your wedding date. Also please ensure if you have a specific request for band thickness, shape, material you communicate this (pictures are always helpful) prior to booking your workshop, so we know what you hope to make and can advise if achievable to avoid disappointment on the day. We can provide a rough estimated price for your gold ahead of you reserving your workshop date. For a more accurate price you and your partner will need to come to the workshop to have your ring size measured and a price will be calculated and emailed to you (see next paragraph). If you cannot come to the workshop for measuring a plastic 'multi-sizer' will be sent to you to measure your wedding finger at home or you can ask a local jewellery shop to measure you both. If you cancel your wedding ring workshop within 24 hours of booking you will receive a full refund. Once you have booked/reserved your day after 24 hours it is assumed you are happy to proceed, we will then calculate the price of your material and invoice you for this as explained above. Once materials are paid for your booking is then fully firmed and your workshop is to proceed on the day you have booked.
