Make your very own sterling silver snowman Christmas tree decoration in The Jewellers Peg workshop in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter Birmingham. With full support from Vanessa you will learn to make your very own Christmas themed design from sterling silver. At the end of the session you will leave with finished silver decoration to keep or gift- handmade by you!. In this experience, you can expect: - All tools, materials, templates safety equipment and silver provided - Dedicated 1-1 help from Vanessa - Be taught the basics involved in jewellery-making - Learn how to cut, texture and finish your piece - Fresh tea, coffee, juice and biscuits to help along the way! - A free jewellery box to keep it in Classes are private and for one or two people (price of session is per person). If booking for two please enter coupon code 2PEGS5 to ensure the 5% discount is applied at checkout. Times do not include a lunch-break* but an hours break will be taken. So if we start at 10am and take an hours break we’ll finish at around 3pm. Throughout the session tea, coffee, juice and festive snacks will be available. *Lunch is available for you to purchase from a local café of which there are many to choose from in the Jewellery Quarter.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Course refers to any experience or class we offer. Full refunds can be given 24 hours after your booking and up to 14 days prior to your booking. If less than 14 days or less notice is given then 50% of your course fee will be refunded. No refunds issued with less than 1 weeks notice. A course rescheduled cannot be refunded at all if then subsequently cancelled. This policy excludes wedding ring workshops. WEDDING RING WORKSHOP POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS To reserve your place please confirm and reserve your chosen date by booking and paying for the workshop*. If you want to make your rings in silver this is included in this fee, if you want to make your rings in gold you will need to pay for your materials within 7 days of receiving the invoice, due to fluctuating metal prices after 7 days your material will need to be recalculated and may incur an admin fee of £20. We do not hold stock of gold therefore if your invoice remains unpaid on three attempts we reserve the right to cancel your workshop and refund minus all admin charges. *Before booking your workshop please ensure it is at least two months ahead of your wedding date. Also please ensure if you have a specific request for band thickness, shape, material please ensure you communicate this (pictures are always helpful) prior to booking your workshop so we know what you hope to achieve and can advise if achievable to avoid disappointment. We can provide an estimated price for your gold but for a more accurate price you and your partner will need to come to the workshop to have your ring size measured. If you cancel your workshop within 24 hours of booking you will receive a full refund (£430). Once you have booked your day it is assumed you are happy to proceed and we will calculate the price of your material and invoice you for this as explained above. Once materials are paid for your booking is then fully firmed and your workshop is to proceed on the day you have booked. If you should then cancel the materials are non refundable and your reservation fee is refundable minus all admin fees.   Please contact Vanessa with any questions you may have.  Classes are for adults over the age of 17 only. Changes to course dates: If we need to amend or postpone your class due to our reasons such as a tutor illness or inaccessible workshop etc, we will reschedule your class when the workshop is available to suit all participants where 2 people have booked on. We will give you as much notice as we can (please ensure we have your up-to-date mobile phone/email details at booking). We regret we cannot be responsible for the cost of pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements. Refunds & Transfers: Please ensure you can attend all of the dates of the course before you book a place. In general classes run for a minimum of 2 hours or 1 day as specified in the course description, Special Event Workshops run for 1 full day or 2 full days over a weekend.  If you do wish to cancel your course you may do so as stipulated above. Rescheduling classes is only possible if the workshop is available for use. If 2 people are booked onto a course then the rescheduling can only occur if both parties agree with the date(s) offered by the booking manager. Rebooking is at the discretion of the booking manager and cannot be refunded at all if subsequently cancelled.
