Service Description
We welcome you and a friend into The Jewellers Peg workshop where you will be guided every step of the way to make your own textured silver rings. Based in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter Birmingham this is a private class for you and a friend. Aimed at beginners/absolute beginners. This is a private class for you and your friend. With full step-by-step guidance you will both experience making a ring from scratch. All tools and materials provided for you both to each make one textured sterling silver ring each. Please note the price is the total price for you and your friend. If you can't find a date and/or time you prefer, please get in touch with your request. No prior experience necessary. -Learn to make a textured sterling silver ring. You will learn to shape, solder, texture and finish your ring during this session. All tools and materials provided to complete the project -Up to 2 hours guided tuition with a professional jeweller in a dedicated jewellery workshop -Refreshments provided (tea, coffee) -Create a wearable piece of jewellery, yours to keep forever or to gift

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Course refers to any experience or class we offer. Full refunds can be offered up to 14 days. No refunds issued after this date your account will be credited to spend online at Vanessa Miller Jewellery and The Jewellers Peg. A course rescheduled cannot be refunded at all if then subsequently cancelled. No shows or failure to attend on day cancellations will not be refunded. Classes start from the time of booking and therefore late arrivals will not mean a class will begin at your arrival time. For example a 2 hour class booked for 10am to 12pm will finish at 12pm even if the participant arrived at 10.30am, this is to reduce impact on subsequent classes and unmovable arrangements the class tutor may have. There will be no refund for a class you are late for. Classes are for adults over the age of 17 only. Changes to course dates: If we need to amend or postpone your class due to our reasons such as a tutor illness or inaccessible workshop, extreme heatwave etc, we will reschedule your class when the workshop is available to suit all participants where 2 people have booked on. We will give you as much notice as we can (please ensure we have your up-to-date mobile phone/email details at booking). We regret we cannot be held responsible for the cost of pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements. Refunds & Transfers: Please ensure you can attend before you book a place. Our classes run for a minimum of 2 hours or 1 day as specified in the course description, Special Event Workshops run for 1 full day sometimes over a weekend and on occasion we may offer courses of longer duration (please check the course description). If you do wish to cancel your course you may do so as stipulated above. Rescheduling classes is only possible if the workshop is available for use on days requested. If 2 people are booked onto a course rescheduling can only occur if both parties agree with date(s) offered by us and we ty to be as flexible as we can around our other non-movable commitments. Rebooking is at our discretion and cannot be refunded at all if subsequently cancelled.
