Jewellery can be purchased two ways either through my Etsy shop (to be directed there please click here: Shop) or purchased via this website.
To order through this website please order via the contact form quoting the name of the piece you wish to purchase. Once your order has been received you will receive an email/phone call to confirm your details, followed by an emailed invoice with instructions as to how to make a secure payment.
All work over £50 is posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery, below £50 there is a choice of 1st class recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery. International orders (within the EU only) are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For.
I aim to get orders made and delivered within 1-2 weeks. However sometimes, as it is just me designing and making, this may be a little longer , this will depend on size of order, how many orders I am currently working on, exhibitions and time of year - I will communicate with you at all times so you are never left in the dark. If your order is for a special occasion, please let me know at the time of ordering and I will do my upmost to get it posted to you in time. International orders please allow an additional 4-8 weeks for delivery - however actual delivery time is outside of my control and may take longer depending on customs/local delivery lead times. I cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery or delays due to customs or supplied incorrect address. Any taxes charged is the buyers responsibility.
Custom/Bespoke/Personalised orders may take up to 6-12 weeks to complete plus postage time and international orders may take an additional 4-8 weeks or longer depending on postal delays.
Orders placed online may be collected direct from me wherever I am exhibiting - please let me know before you place your order (so that I can remove postage costs); all orders must be paid for in full before collection and evidence of payment must be produced at time of collection.
I am at the workshop almost everyday and am contactable via the contact page at all times - I am very responsive and aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) although usually respond within 2 - 3 hours but this depends on how busy I am.
Due to the nature of my workshop is not open to visitors/customers. However where a visit is necessary I operate an appointments only system.

Bespoke orders/commissions maybe cancelled within 72 hours of invoice sent. Once full payment has been received work will commence and cannot be returned or refunded.
All other online sales may be returned unworn and in original packaging (including any paperwork) contact me within 10 days from when received if you wish to make a return. Please Note: it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the correct level of postage to return the product(s) to me. Refunds (excluding return postage) will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of and inspection of return. I cannot be held responsible for any misuse. I manufacture all products to a high standard and I can only refund for manufacturing defaults at my discretion. Earrings and other invasive body jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty and a replacement will be sent to you, charges may be added if deemed damaged through misuse.
